It's time we talk about mental health in a new way.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, discussions surrounding mental health began to become more prevalent, despite being an issue that has always existed in our communities and our world.
Everyone Struggles was Connection Project’s first step in bridging the conversation about mental health in a way that leads to the change we need to see when it comes to our wellbeing.
The truth is, everyone struggles with something, and when the effects of daily life and other factors beyond our control impact our mental health in negative ways, it can leave us feeling isolated, alone, angry, afraid, lost, and hopeless.
Everyone Struggles served as our starting point for shifting the narrative around mental health in a way that makes accessing the resources, tools, and self-guided support individuals need simple, so they can begin a journey to self-empowerment as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Everyone Struggles and we have resources that can help.
